We are a global store, but we aim to guarantee the quality and the service of a local store. We ship via Express Courier to these countries and we adopt a clear flat rates policy:

We currently don't ship to P.O boxes.
If you wish you can deliver your purchase in a different country (for example as a gift), just adding the new address during your checkout. We will recalculate shipping rates (please remember that we currently serve Europe, USA, Canada, Russian federation, India, China, Japan). You will see the new shipping costs with the next step, before concluding your order.
We will take responsibility for all taxes and duties for countries such as the USA, Japan, Canada and Europea Union: for those destinations no additional fee will be charged on delivery. For all other destinations the customer will bear all taxes and duties.

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours from receipt if the items ordered are in our warehouse. This means that if we will receive your order within 16.00 we will ship your items the next day.
You can check item availability in the product detail page. However it is not possible to keep it perfectly update, so it can vary.
Engraving requires about one week because it is an hand-crafted process made by our craftsman.
All our products will be delivered via Express Courier in order to offer you the best service and the shortest delivery times: 24/48 hours depending on the destination country.
You will receive a shipping notification email from us at the moment of the shipping.
Considering both Order processing and shipping you will receive your items within 2/3 business days. These times are standard times and don't consider (rare) exeptions (i.e. out of stock products): as far as possible we aim to reduce these exeptions.
