COMELitY is the brand used by Centro Ufficio S.r.l. to sell prestigious products on-line. Therefore each product you buy on our site is directly sold by Centro Ufficio S.r.l., an Italian company located in via Roma, 4 - 33087 Pasiano di Pordenone (PN), and registered with the Companies' Register of Pordenone, Italy under number 50981.

These conditions may be modified any time and without any notice to you.
We trade only original and high quality products bought directly from the producer. We don't sell second-hand products, flawed products or low quality products.
The products offered for sale on our website may not exactly correspond to the real appearance in terms of image and colours because of the Internet browser or monitor used.
On our website we indicate which products are available. However it is not real time availability and it may change during the day. Therefore we can't grant the immediate execution of your order, but we will do our utmost to satisfy your expectations.
Prices, which are expressed in your currency (we can currently deliver just to the countries indicates on our homepage), don't include delivery costs. Delivery rates will be added during the checkout, but they will be visible on your cart.
USA, Canada, Japan and European Union: We will take responsibility for all taxes and custom duties, no more fees will be charged on delivery.
Extra-EU countries within Europe (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.): you will not be charged with custom duties (they are 0%), but you will have to pay a low expense (VAT, etc.).
Russia, China and India: If you are shipping to these countries, please consider the table below.

In order to place an order, you must follow the online procedure, filling in the online order form and sending it electronically to the Vendor.
The order is submitted when we receive your order form electronically and the order’s information has been verified as correct.
Please read our General Terms and Conditions of Sales and any other relevant legal information (Privacy Policy, Conditions of Use, Return Policy) before placing an order.
You will receive an e-mail, which summarizes your order: the order confirmation.
If you live insider the European Union our orders go with a packing list, which isn't a fiscal document (DPR n. 696 21/12/1996), but which can be used as proof of the validity of guarantee. If you live outside the European Union, you will always receive an invoice.
When you place your order you can also choose to receive the invoice, which will be sent per email.
We accept only Credit Card Payment via PayPal®. This means that any information about your credit card will be given directly to PayPal® through its website and absolutely not to us. We will wait for PayPal confirm before shipping the goods ordered.
We currently deliver through Express Courier or Italian post (it depends on the pack size) and we bear all delivery risks.
Orders are normally filled in 24-48 hours if the products are in stock and naturally after the PayPal confirmation. If the goods ordered are not available you will receive an e-mail notification. When we will deliver the items ordered you will be informed via e-mail. On the same e-mail you will see your tracking number if it is available.
Please check the packaging status before signing the delivery receipt because we will not be responsible for damages and stealing after you have signed it.

If you wish to deliver your purchase in a different country (for example as a gift), just add the new address during your checkout and we will recalculate shipping rates (please remember that we currently serve Europe, USA, Canada, Russian federation, India, China, Japan). You will see the new shipping costs with the next step, before concluding your checkout.
We currently don't ship to P.O. boxes.
We trade only original and high quality products, which are bought directly from the producer. We don't sell second-hand products, flawed products or low quality products.
Each product available on our website has the same guarantees granted by our brands through the traditional distribution channels. This means it is covered by the producer's international warranty: you may choose to directly contact the Producers, or one of their country distributors, for any repair you need, as specified in all products' warranty, because you bought a genuine, original product.
We don't grant damages caused by the wrong used of our products and we are not responsible for any direct or not direct damage caused by wrong use of our products.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused articles. For a complete overview of our Returns Policy please see the Returns Policy page where you will be introduced to the easy procedure.
Only the Producers make repairs. Repairs are absolutely free, within the limits of the guarantee supplied by each producer. You will have to bear only the shipping costs: producers reserve the right to repair damaged goods with no cost incurred by the customer, or to substitute the item with a new one. If the product you want to repair is out of the guarantee, you'll be informed about estimated timing and costs. Please asks us for Producers' addresses and shipping instructions.
We can arrange for you the receiving and the forwarding to Producers of products you have bought in our website. This service is free of charge (you will bear just the shipping costs) but we are not responsible for any damage.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.
For any controversy we will refer to the Pordenone Civil Court.

Our aim is to be sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. All products offered on our site are protected by a 10-Day Full Satisfaction policy, which guarantees a full refund for unused products.
You may exercise your right just by asking for our authorization per e-mail within 10 working days from the date of arrival. You will get back the full price you paid.
Your right may be exercised only if the product is in new and on unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for tailor-made or personalized products.
You can ship the product back (insured for the invoice or packing list value), at your own expense, within 10 working days form the date of arrival and after our previous authorization to this address:

As soon as we receive the returned product, the purchase price will be reaccredited within 30 days at least. Banks or Credit card Companies may delay your reaccrediting, for reasons that are independent from our will. We will not reaccredit customs taxes you may have paid at arrival.
All the items we sell are new, original and covered by the official international warranty of the producer, valid for 2 years from the date of receiving (the producer's warranty can be longer than 2 years).
Our customers may choose to directly contact the Producer for any repair they need, as specified in all products' warranty, because they bought a genuine, original product.

All the items we sell receive an high level quality control and are doubly checked before shipping; however, if unfortunately it happens a damaged product, we can substitute it at no cost for you, notifying to us within 10 days from delivery.
